ABOUT ME
My name is Deidre Davis and I've been practicing veterinary medicine for the past 9 years. I am a graduate of Ross University and I completed my clinical year at the University of Florida (go Gators!). My experience consists of a 1 year rotating internship with Red Bank Veterinary Hospital in small animal medicine and surgery, followed by 8+ years in general medicine including GP/urgent care/ER hybrid practice, general surgery and dentistry. I'm here to fill the gap for your clinic's needs, and I look forward to caring for your patients and clients the same way I would care for my own.
MY Philosophy
Vet visits don't have to be scary! Many of our patients don't love coming to the vet, and many pet parents share negative experiences in a clinic setting that often alter their perception of veterinary care. I believe proper eduction and intentional demonstration to clients of how we want to maximize care while minimizing stress is key to a healthy veterinarian-client-patient relationship.
